2007 Charge Conference Materials

The Cabinet-approved forms for 2007 charge conferences are below.

Churches that have completed the A2 Indicators assessment should do the A29 Ministry Plan. In each district are persons trained to assist you with the A29 plan or A2 assessment. Please verify with your district which other forms to use.

The A2 Indicators and A29 Resources are only available as PDFs. All others are available here in PDF or Microsoft Word formats.

To view PDFs, you will need the Adobe Reader or another reader installed on your computer. Download Adobe Reader for free

Additional software, such as Adobe Acrobat, Nitro PDF, or Foxit is necessary to enter information into a PDF. Nitro PDF is currently available at a discounted price of $81 or $83 from Techshop, a division of United Methodist Communications.

Foxit Reader 2.1 is available at www.foxitsoftware.com. Like Adobe Reader, the Foxit Reader is available as a free download. With the free version, you can use the "typewriter" feature to fill out PDFs and print them with your information, though you cannot save the information for later use. However, if you purchase the Pro version ($39), you can save your forms and complete filling them out at a later time.
