David’s role for the conference is two-fold. In his role as director of financial administration, he relates to the conference Trustees and Council on Finance and Administration. He spends time in interpreting the apportionments and the apportionment process and administering the PACT conference-wide property insurance program.

As conference benefits officer, he relates to the Board of Pensions and the Board of Medical Benefits.  He is the administrator of the conference health and pensions plans and is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operations of those plans.

In addition to serving as assistant treasurer, Dorothy is directly responsible for the accounts payable part of the accounting system for the conference, pension board and insurance board. She maintains the inventory records of all equipment owned by the conference including the warranty and maintenance agreements.  She is responsible for conference purchasing including consumable supplies and equipment.   She prepares the conference payroll.

Hayley is responsible for the receipting of all conference funds. She assists the treasurer in the apportionment process and statistical data work and maintains the reports for the local church treasurers related to apportionments.

Jackie is responsible for the receipts of all pensions and health insurance funds. She enrolls all participants in the insurance program and collects medical insurance premiums.

Dee Harris

Dee provides administrative support to the Conference Financial Administrator and Conference Benefits Officer.  Her duties will include the billing and collecting of the phase one of the direct bill process in January 2009.
